• Partial dentures & dental implants — for elders with partial tooth loss (partial edentulism)

Scope

• Partial dentures, complete dentures

• Implants — up to 2 per lifetime

Co-payment

• National health insurance covers 30%

Five things to know

Insurance covers up to 2 implants in your lifetime.

Patients with complete edentulism (no remaining teeth) are not eligible — coverage applies only to partial edentulism.

Insurance applies to molars and front teeth without distinction between upper and lower jaws, but front teeth are covered only when implants cannot be placed in molars; the prosthesis is PFM (porcelain-fused-to-metal) or zirconia.

If bone grafting is required prior to implant placement due to insufficient jawbone, the bone graft procedure itself is not covered by insurance.

After confirming all coverage benefits, please consult with an experienced implant dentist to develop your treatment plan.

Every Eins implant patient is covered by our warranty program — long-term aftercare comes with the procedure.

Eins Implant Warranty Certificate

  • 01 Implant Fixture — Osstem (Domestic)

    Free within 3 years of placement / 50% clinic-covered for years 3–5.

  • 02 Prosthesis / Additional Procedures (Bone graft · Sinus lift)

    Free within 1 year / 50% clinic-covered for years 1–3 / 100% patient pays after 3 years.

  • 03 Patient Responsibilities

    Biannual check-ups, proper oral hygiene, no smoking after bone-graft surgery, immediate visit on any symptoms (mobility, pain, gum disease).

* After the warranty period, the patient covers 100%. Warranty benefits apply only when the above responsibilities are fulfilled.
